Accommodation Options
Our orchards are approx 10minutes drive north and south of Cromwell (population 5000). accordingly transport is required unless you can arrange car sharing with other pickers or orchard vehicles (supervisors).
Please note the majority of land in NZ is 'private property' exceptions being the majority of mountain tops, public parks and around water courses. There are dedicated access ways to these areas, please refrain from going onto private land (if in doubt ask supervisors or manager).

Located approx 12km from Crowmell towards Wanaka on the right with a red tractor at the entrance (Rapid number 1286). Follow the road until you get to a gate overlooking the lake - site is partially hidden by cherry nets but follow the track its only 200m away.
The campsite is on the shores of lake Dunstan providing swimming, kayaking (doubles provided), water sports, fishing, walking etc
Facilities comprise, flush toilets, showers, dinning tent, kitchen, washhouse. Tent sites including a limited number of 'Glamping' two person tents and huts (comfortable beds) and campervan parking including powered sites
If you are camping you need a GOOD tent/van etc with own sleeping gear. Some pots, pans etc are supplied but you need your own eating utensils/plates etc.
Glamping tents/Huts - $15/night/person
Camping - $10/night/person.
Internet is available and free
Note - subject to sound employment and behaviour, there MAY be an employee discount to $50/person per week camping and $85/per person/week for tents / huts. Entirely at the managers DISCRETION.

NZ holiday period 24th Dec to 4th Jan is likely to be booked out. May be options to shift to our accommodation above if staying in Cromwell over this period (normally we don't work over the Christmas/ new years period)
The barn accommodation is approx 5min drive south of Cromwell in the small settlement of Bannochburn on one of our orchards.
Full facilities similar to motel including all bedding and furniture and TV/ internet.
Twin share rooms (possibly three if suitable group) from $25/night/person).
Note - subject to a sound employment record , accommodation options may be rebated $5 per night at the managers discretion bringing the barn $20/night/person
